Durability and mechanical characteristics: modest hardness, low resistance to insect and fungus attacks, yellowish-whitish color. Main uses: various types of construction structures, ship masts, sawn timber, general carpentry, packaging. For any use outside or in damp environments it is mandatory to apply adequate treatments.
